EAST PEORIA, Ill. – One person was displaced after a house fire Wednesday afternoon in East Peoria.
East Peoria Fire says crews responded to the area of Shadoway and Field just after 12:30 P.M., arriving to find a working fire.
The fire was put out about 15 minutes after crews arrived.
There were no injuries. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
The American Red Cross is assisting the displaced resident.
