CHICAGO, Ill. – The Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA) is asking local community members, residents, and leaders to participate in the development of the 2027 Illinois Housing Blueprint. You can participate by taking the resident survey and/or attending a Community Listening Session.
The Blueprint is a statewide initiative conducted every three to five years to assess current housing conditions, create a vision for equitable and affordable housing in Illinois, and provide a pathway to make that vision possible.
The deadline to complete Blueprint’s online survey is Friday, July 31st. An in-person listening session will be held in Peoria on June 17th at the Peoria NEXT Innovation Center from 10 a.m. until noon.
