PEORIA. Ill. – Two teens are in legal trouble after a Peoria traffic stop.
Police conducting a traffic stop in the 36-hundred block of North University Street early Monday said 19-year-old Jaevon Irby-Buckner and his teenaged female companion were arrested after officers searching the vehicle found a loaded handgun equipped with an extended magazine and switch, turning it into an automatic weapon.
The pair are now facing multiple gun charges.
