PEKIN, Ill. – A crash in Pekin at Veterans Drive and 5th Street shut down the roadway early Wednesday morning.
Illinois State Police are looking into what caused the wreck involving an SUV and a motorcycle just after 5 a.m.
Traffic was expected to be backed up while the ISP investigated. Drivers were advised to find another route, or to give themselves a bit of extra time to get where they’re going.
