WOODFORD COUNTY, Ill. (25 News) – A Eureka High School teacher appeared in court Tuesday after being charged with one count of aggravated battery.
42-year-old Kenneth Robertson pled not guilty in Woodford County Court on Tuesday.
Robertson is listed on the Eureka High School website as an Industrial Arts teacher.
If convicted on this Class 3 felony, he could face two to five years in prison.
Judge Gregory Minger recused himself from this case last month because it involved a District 140 employee and his wife is on the school board.
A pretrial hearing is set for Oct. 20 and a jury trial is set for Dec. 7.
